I met Dr. Chan a few years ago, before he opened his office. When I heard he
needed staff for his office, I immediately jumped on the opportunity. I have major respect to those people who are honest and have integrity;
to have that in your dentist makes those visits less painful. Not very many people trust their dentist; for whatever reason may be. As a
patient myself, I can honestly say that I have complete trust in Dr. Chan.
He treats his patients with the most respect, offering the best of care, answering patients' questions, and putting them at ease. Every
patient has their own dental concerns and that is what we at California Coast Dental Arts are here for; to listen and to help patients
along the way, providing them with the best of care.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jack Chan & staff at California
Coast Dental Arts for over a year now. I have been a registered dental hygienist since March of 2007. Previous to that I was a dental
assistant in North County for 12 years. I have been married to my outgoing and energetic husband John for 15 years now. I am a stepmother
of two wonderful girls, Amanda and Laura, and I'm due to deliver twins in February 2010. I am here to provide you with the most pleasant

I am the youngest of eight in my family and I have lived in Southern California since 1990. I have been working in the dental field since
1998. I began doing clerical duties, then I became a dental assistant at the Regional Occupation Program in San Juan Capistrano. After
graduating from San Clemente High School in 2001, I attended the University of the Pacific (UOP). In 2004, I graduated from UOP with a
bachelor of science in biology. Two years later I obtained a second bachelor of science in dental hygiene. For the past two years I have
formed part of the wonderful family here at California Coast Dental Arts. I thoroughly enjoy dentistry and working with
Dr. Chan and the staff members.

I started as a dental technician 3 years ago while serving in the United States Navy. My primary duties are assisting
Dr. Chan and patients in the back office. I started my civilian
dental career as an intern in Dr. Chan's office and I enjoyed it very much that I decided to stay. My hobbies are taking care of my
dog and two cats at home and learning how to surf.

Dr. Chan and staff welcomed me onboard the California Coast Dental Arts
team in March of 2009 and it has truly been a privilege. I am blessed with two adorable daughters, Leslie and A.J. and a charming son
Adan Jr. I've also had the joy of sharing the past 8 years of my life with my loving husband Adan. I have 3 ½ years of experience in the
dental field and still love what I do. Dr Chan helped me acquire my certification in radiation safety this year and since then is continuing
to teach me the art of dental assisting on a daily basis. I look forward to serving you and your family the best patient care possible.
