When new or existing patients come to our office for your routine, preventive recare visit, x-rays and periodontal care (cleaning), we will arrange to provide you with custom teeth whitening trays and materials for a one-time enrollment fee of only $99. Then, at each recommended preventive visit, we will give you a complimentary touch up kit of bleaching gel. This ensures that you will be able to keep your bright, beautiful and healthy smile for life!

All we ask in return is:

• You keep your suggested six month (or as otherwise agreed upon) preventive visits current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that this is the best method to keep your overall dental health at its maximum and the expense of dental care at its minimum.
• Provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change any appointment. In order to provide exceptional services like "White Teeth and Healthy Smiles for Life" to all of our patients, we ask that you help us stay efficient by giving us the courtesy of advance notice of schedule changes. It allows us time to call one of our waiting list.
